2720 Hartzer, feed callers, requesting officers check the residence. The outside ring camera died, but she's seen someone on the front camera, then heard loud banging on the back door. Heard a voice on the camera, but can't tell if it's inside or outside. Time left was about five minutes. It was a black male in his 20s, wearing a white shirt and shorts or pants. 2720 Hartzer.
