Engine 47, you're responding to 1290 Celebration Boulevard at the Solaris, in reference to a fall. Patient is approximately 200 to 230 pounds, 84-year-old male, conscious and breathing, located in room 220. He fell now. It is reported he fell at ground level. It was accidental. There is no bleeding. He is not responding normally. He has no injuries. He is no longer on the floor. 1219.
