6064, 104 West Utica Street, 104 West Utica, cross streets of West 8th and West 9th. Complainant number 2 calling in, states that another vehicle struck her vehicle on West 7th Street in front of the hospital. Owner of the vehicle refused to provide information. Operator of the vehicle stated they had insurance. It was a black van, license MHF1957. Complainant is requesting an interview. She'll be in a white Subaru Forester.
