808 Manitou Avenue at the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. RP's reporting they had a volunteer show up with a rifle, possibly under the influence of alcohol. He did not point it or threaten anybody with it. He did leave about 15 minutes ago. Stated he was going to be going to 1301 Manitou Avenue. Party's name is John O'Neill. We're still gathering.
