The thing is, cleanups are on 50% of the way to handle this, the other 50% is to bring support services and get them off the streets and into care and shelter when they do this. If we did that each cleanup, we could chip away at the problem, better.
They do this cleanup about once a week this is nothing new probably someone getting aggressive that their early morning nap was disrupted
