Anal 36. 2024 Memorial Parkway, Imperial Gardens apartment. Caller advised they only knew it was the apartment complex behind JJ's. Advised that her best friend's girlfriend is trying to 10-41 the caller's best friend with a baby in her hand and threatening to throw the baby over the balcony. She had no apartment number or any other information and disconnected the line.
