10-4, signal 69 at 2141 Northeast 3rd Avenue. Caller advised an unfamiliar, strange dog is unoccupied, refusing to leave in front of the caller's residence. When he came in front of the dog, became aggressive and territorial. Advising he's brown in color, about 50 pounds, has a collar. Case number 6530.
