714 John, I copy. It's 48th Street and Van Buren at the post office. Black four-door car with the hood and trunk open. Vehicle smoking. Male that was driving took the plate off the vehicle and left in a gray passenger car. He's down with somebody else. Another caller just said it's a black Charger. It's 530.
