An anonymous caller states that a male came up to the front door and then just stood there, mumbled something into the door camera, then walked away. It's a possibly intoxicated Hispanic male, 35 years old, with a backwards ball cap, white shirt and black sweatpants, unknown weapons or drugs, and, you know, wandering around just west near the apartments. 1 Baker 64.
