Said there was a female in her 50s, dark hair, skinny build, gray sweatshirt, and skinny blue jeans. She was last seen walking eastbound on the north side of the road toward the church on MLK and Uni. Was seen tearing up mailboxes and flower beds up front of 1152 21st Street.
