3721 East Thomas Road at the Walmart. They said there was a 101 riding around on a mobility scooter with a 1 to 2-year-old baby, only wearing a diaper. Complainant said it looked like the baby was scraped on the shelf. Was also crying. They were worried that the 101 seemed annoyed at the baby. She's a Black female, 34-years-old, at the checkout line in Walmart. It's 2056. Is there a unit to follow? 23 Henry, put him on the car meetup call, and then we'll handle that afterwards. Copy that.
