311, 312 Charles, dispatching you, vehicle theft in progress, 4730 Painter's Mill Road, 4730 Painter's Mill, cross streets of Red Run Boulevard and Riverstone Drive at the Hyatt Place, Baltimore and Owings Mills. In the parking lot, a caller advised a group of males were trying to steal a vehicle, then it disconnected. There's no answer on three callbacks. Unknown if weapons are involved.
