Have a suspicious incident at 728 Watkins Road at Rack Room Shoes. 728 Watkins Road at Rack Room Shoes, Cross Street, West Lamar Alexander Parkway. Complainant is a manager with Target. Advised that she was doing her drive around, checking the building. Advised that the back doors to Rack Room are open. She sees flashing lights inside, but has not seen anyone around it.
