Suspect's a male Hispanic, 13 years, wearing a white shirt, black shorts with white stripes, armed with a handgun in his waistband. Additional suspect, male Hispanic, gray hooded sweater, black pants, has a pocketknife holstered, not making any threats. Code 2 incident 3994, RD 564.
