Advise there's a black male, white shirt, pink shorts, beanie, last seen driving a two-door silver Honda. Caller tagged Sierra X-ray 8450. The subject is threatening to shoot people. Last seen heading northbound on I-95. Advise there's a signal zero in the trunk of the vehicle and that it was seen. Respond.
