I have two calls. I don't know if you want to make it a welfare check or how you want to handle it. 754 Washington Street caller reported the baby was choking, and in the meantime, stopped choking. They took what's in their vehicle, went POV. No emergency at that address. And then a second call for 763 Washington reporting that the neighbors came out with the baby, denying EMS, and then went back in the house. I'm not sure if they're there or not.
