Did anyone witness this or know more about this incident? I know the person on the bicycle and we are trying tp piece together what happened.
im near by, and while i did not witness it i was very near the scene. the neighbor picked his stuff up, were not sure what happened to the man or the bike. neighbors out side said he was riding in and out of the middle of the road and that one minute he was yelling, and the next he was singing. we tried to find information on if he was okay or not, but we havent heard any information and what we saw was not good. weve definitely been praying hard on this one.
