719. Go ahead. In for a 626 5th Ave, 626 5th Ave, parking complaint. RP is advising there's two gray sedans blocking the fire hydrant. It's an ongoing issue. She's asked them to move multiple times, and each time they refuse and give her attitude. One's a Buick, the other one's a sedan. She wasn't able to give me tags, but said they both belong to 626 5th Ave.
