253 Fairmount Ave for a disorderly, QASI's reporting a male standing outside of the home that is house-sitting for a friend. Male's refusing to leave, unknown weapons, asked him to leave twice but he wouldn't. Caller will be waiting across the street at the CVS. Unknown description, states he doesn't want to get too close.
