43. Yeah, 43, good evening. When you guys come out, I got a disturbance with a mental near the park at Monroe and Sangamon. They said it was a male yelling, pacing on the sidewalk. Said he seems to be experiencing a mental health crisis. He has long blonde hair, very short-sleeved shirt, long pants. Said he's by the children's playground.
