463. Going to be going on a 533 for a possible 79 on westbound 690 to the northbound 81 ramp. Caller's passing by, reporting a white Jeep Compass, unknown reg, versus a dark SUV, also unknown reg. Said that they're on a bad spot on the ramp. Caller couldn't give any further information about exactly where they were. 2013. 463, copy.
