Group of eight Native Americans with a dirty, one has a dirty shirt and shoes, 60-years-old, in the middle of the street. Traffic took his belt off and then threw it in the middle of the road. They're out there. There's a male sleeping on the platform. Unknown description, no weapons seen. They're showing me 390. No one for contact, though, at 1701.
