911, sun and down, minor traffic hazard, 9651 Belair Road, 9651 Belair Road, Cross Streets-Caulson Road and Glen Park. Anonymous caller is advising a white truck is driving erratically, and there's oil coming out of the car. 911 said the caller is rambling. Only info we have is a white truck driven by a white male. DOT was towards Orson Bank on Belair Road. Nothing further.
