Radio 30, animal complaint by phone, 1210 Cherry Avenue. The caller was walking her dog and saw another dog that was stuck in the broken fence. The dog then charged and ran at her and her dog, and the dogs started attacking each other. She went to the house to alert the other homeowner, and the neighbor came out and said the owner had mental health issues and doesn't take care of the dog. She wants to file a report. This is about 30 minutes ago. She also mentioned that the other dog looked mean, did not look cared for.
