It's going to be at the King Sooper, 7915 Constitution Avenue. There's a male party and his car slumped over. Car is running. There's no plates on the vehicle. It's going to be a white Nissan sedan. Subject is a late 30s, white male, 5'10", medium build with a black shirt. The vehicle is in front of the pharmacy entrance. They did try to talk to the subject. He did not respond. Advise on cover.
