3201, there's a juvenile complaint at the Walgreens on Route 31 off Sandra Ave, in the town of Cicero. We'll be in the parking lot. Caller states that there are two juveniles, a 12-year-old and a 13-year-old white male, driving around on black e-bikes, almost hitting vehicles. No weapons, no intoxication.
