3912, any other unit? Townhouse East Apartments, 128 West Pleasant off of Willowbrook Lane. There's no one to meet with. Two males going door-to-door, asking to see energy bills. Caller believes it's a scam. They're claiming to be with some sort of solar company. No weapons seen. No one taxed known. And no further.
