Bank 4 and 5. These are crossing apartments, 1622 South Mildred Street. We did just get a call back with confirmation that the female is still there, causing problems, prowling cars, and apparent mental health issues. Described as a white female, 20s, 5 foot, heavy build, short brown hair, wearing a blue sweatshirt with reindeer, pajama pants, and slippers. MDC.
