Got a robbery in progress at 1415 East Illinois at the McDonald's. You're going to have a homeless Black female with braids and a black shirt, armed with a knife, threatening customers with a knife because they don't give her money. Comp does not see the knife. The complainant is going to be the manager inside the McDonald's. Suspect is still at the speaker, threatening customers. They'll come up to the drive-thru.
