The city needs to clean up that hill
It looks like that’s on the west side of Montebello Blvd
Honestly, these people need to get paid more
That hill use to be part of a landfill where the city trash woukd get dumped in the 69's & 70's. Then they shut it down and built a bunch of houses. I remember this area stunk really bad in the hot summer days.
