16, go ahead. 52 High Street for a report of a person with a gun. Engine 13 Lieutenant reporting they responded there for two individuals that were laid out, unresponsive. One of the males, it was a male and a female, I guess. Male had a possible firearm in his waistband. Described him as a black male, tall, all black clothing, wearing a scheisse.
