Sam 44 on the line. Standby for call, 10-28. 10-28. 10-28 and 44, theft just occurred, 72nd and Pratt, 72 and Pratt at the O'Reilly's. Keen, one customer states black male in his 30s, black and white jacket, carrying a brown bag, he stole property, left on foot, heading northbound. Last seen going behind houses, three houses behind the O'Reilly and then continued northbound.
