208 East Main Street, the CVS. Caller advised that there's a subject on scene to be identified because he stole from the store. The caller advised that there's a law enforcement officer on scene that needs to be identified by police because he stole from the store. Then they disconnected. After disconnecting, they were unable to make contact again.
