Engine 12, we have you en route to the unknown call for EMS at 3039 South Hiram. Caller in priority says they saw a female laying in the middle of the street on her stomach. Face was bloody. They don't know what happened to her. Described as a Hispanic female in her 20s or 30s, 5'6", medium build, white t-shirt, jean shorts, white shoes. EMS is five minutes away.
