Units, since I need 10-63, reckless driver. 10-63 in the area of California and Governor's Drive. I seen wet-bound. Said it was brake checking and driving reckless and then threatened the caller. He was going to be in a black GMC pickup truck. It's a white male in his 40s wearing a blue shirt.
