1901 Riverfront Parkway. 1901 Riverfront Parkway, off West 19th Street and Reggie White Boulevard. It's going to be the Siskind. Caller's advising that a male walked up to the building, advised he's having a medical emergency, possibly a anxiety attack, among other things. Advised that he may be under the influence of some sort of narcotics. Currently taking off his shoes and playing with his feet. Came in screaming that he needed 911. He's walked through the building and made his way to the building.
