Caller says she heard one gunshot after a male with dreadlocks was throwing stuff at somebody's windows. He got in a black Pontiac and left. The caller says it was a group of three male blacks and one male Hispanic and one female black. The vehicle had no plates, no stickers. They backed up southbound down Blackstone to 77th Street and then eastbound on 77th. Got nothing further. 431, go ahead.

Police are investigating reports of a suspect leaving in a black Pontiac with no plates, heading eastbound, after firing a shot.

The address reported for this incident has changed to 1501 E 76th Pl.

The caller reported that the suspect broke a car window and attacked a person inside. EMS was declined.

Just information, when we pulled up, there was someone running northbound on 76 and Dante, but when we toured the area, we didn't see anyone. Is it confirmed if the offender left on foot or in a vehicle?

 So, I'm not sure if you guys talked to anybody over there, but from the phone call that we got, the caller did state that the offender was no longer on scene. But, he said the shooter lives a couple houses down the street.

Reports now indicate that shots were fired during the burglary, but no one was injured.
