Squad 317, Sam 383, 555 North Arlington Avenue. Check for a commercial burg in progress. The east side of the building of Reno-Warsaw. RP states subject's trying to get into the building through the doors and hitting the doors and windows with his hand. RP is janitor inside the building with seven other people. Subject's described as a white male in his 40s, 6 foot, medium to heavy-build, bald, wearing a white shirt.
