Plate starts with Charlie William Nora, driving very slowly and unable to maintain a lane. Caller saw it exit the West Yellow Bridge and possibly make a U-turn. Last seen southbound, 35 Avenue Southwest. Southwest and Fauntleroy. 21, copy. 21, copy. 19, we'll take that for the other units.
