Getting into 5, electrical hazard, North Sullivan Avenue and East 23rd. To get into 5, electrical hazard, North Sullivan Avenue and East 23rd. RP advised it's going to be the first power pole south of the intersection. There was some arcing seen, no flake or but there is arcing. No further, TACO 102 at 2023.
