47. Area of the Wawa, 4703 Edgemont, 4703 Edgemont Ave. Police info regarding a suspicious person. The caller is no longer on scene but has a 10-15 minute time delay. Aided a female prowling from the Giant to the Wawa, begging for money and offering her services. Also said she had two kids parked in a car at the Giant. Description they gave us was a black female.
