313, 213. I have a disturbance at the approximate location of 2118 West Chesterfield. It's going to be an open line disturbance with the RP trapped in a car. It's a male and a female in a verbal. The male's stating, I'm going to prison, yelling, turn the phone off. They've disconnected and are not responding on redial.
