Her upstairs neighbor, Nicole Baldwin, 40s white female, lives in apartment 4. Screaming and banging on the walls. Caller says there's a children who is in the apartment. Concerned she is hurting him. No weapons heard or mentioned. Nicole is most likely under the influence of Molly and Marijuana. 2027.
