2 and I-80. 84, can I have you check for wires down, 3406 South 108th Street. 3406 South 108th. Caller is a passerby and is also the neighbor. Stating wires are hanging low where the wire enters the house and the pole is ripped off the house. Does not look like the house is power and it's not believed the neighbors are home. No sparks or flames seen. Also states if someone were to drive eastbound on Valley, they would hit the neighbor.
