01, 07, copy a minor disturbance at 4535 Beltline for the Lupe Tortilla. It'll be from the manager. A Black male, fairly intoxicated, is verbally arguing with other guests. It'll be a Black male wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts, has a coffee in his hand. He's also wearing a dark gray hat.
