Both units being at 2613 Foothill for a 31 subject. Caller reported a male trying to jump fence at this location. Also, a white truck in the area that stopped to speak to the male in the area. Male's going to be gray long-sleeved shirt with black shorts, had a black backpack with him. There's a white Ford pickup with a black toolbox in the back that stopped to talk to him. Caller doesn't want 25. 10-4. 43, we're available.
