2013 hours, it's going to be at the 711, 449 Northbound Williams, Parkway and Shirley. Dispute with a female in a blue Nissan SUV, threatening the complainant in front of the store, threatening to hit the complainant. Looks like he got one party blocking the other party in the vehicle.
