Dispatch, this is salvage. Can you send a squad to 2228 East Lake Street by the bus, the train station? There are two gentlemen, both black male, one in a white t-shirt, black jeans, the other one wearing all black, and they're on the verge of getting ready to fight. They haven't thrown a punch yet, but they've been in the street a couple times. Received.
