45A, it's going to be at 1461 Robert B. Cullen at the Walgreens. It's a female having a mental episode. Black female, last seen wearing a pink shirt, black shorts. Caller says that the individual is rolling around on the floor making weird noises, and now she's lifting up her shirt, and the kids are in the store. And she's aggressive as well.
