211 Chandler for a check on the welfare. Caller's reporting a male walking in the middle of the road, in and out of traffic, only wearing socks, took a left into the Dunkin's, just want them checked on. He's wearing a dark blue shirt, dark green pants, socks, and he's an elderly gentleman.
